Every year, we unfortunately have to turn people away from The Cadre...largely due to lack of space. Thus, the only way to save a spot in the CADRE for yourself is to SUBMIT THIS COMPLETED APPLICATION as well as the APPLICATION FEE of $150. This fee goes towards your total yearly tuition. If for some reason your application is not accepted, we will return your application fee in full. If, however, you are accepted and then choose not to participate, the application fee is non-refundable. Again, the application fee (to save a spot for you in this year’s Cadre) is $150.
Kindly complete the total application. As soon as we receive your completed application, we'll send you an invoice where you can pay your deposit by credit card, or let us know if you prefer payment by check.
Payment Options For You To Consider Regarding Your Upcoming Cadre Tuition:
● Option #1: Payment in Full
This is the easiest way to cover your agreed upon commitment to the CADRE. This will allow you to simply enjoy the benefits of the CADRE throughout this year without thought to further financial commitment. Payment can be made by check, eCheck or credit card.
Amount Due: $150 Application Fee due with this form, plus $1,650 due by September 1, 2021 for a total commitment of $1,800.
● Option #2: Automatic Recurring Monthly Payment
If you would like $150 to be automatically deducted on the first of each month from your credit card or bank account until your commitment is fulfilled, this is the option for you! Since your $150 deposit has already been made, automatic $150 monthly deductions will begin October 1, 2021 and end August 1, 2022.
This monthly option is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS.
Amount Due: $150 each month plus $150 initial Application Fee for a total commitment of $1,800.
● Option #3: Half and Half
Lastly, you have the option to pay half of your remaining balance by September 1, 2021 and pay the other half by March 1, 2022. This option is provided for those who need a bit more flexibility in their payment schedule. Payments can be made by check or credit/debit card.
Amount Due: $150 deposit due with this form, $825 due by October 1, 2021, and $825 due by March 1, 2022 for a total commitment of $1,800.
